The decor industry is one of the most demanding industries, when it comes to color
quality. For products in the decorative surface industry highest standards in terms of
color precision, color consistency within a production run, but also for repeat runs need
to be guaranteed. Being consistent between different locations can add another
dimension. This course will provide participants with the required knowledge and
include hands-on color management session on state-of-the art production inkjet
printing machines in a compact course.

What is the Target Audience?

The course “Color Management for the Decorative Surface Industry” is designed for
employees already working in the surface decoration industry or planning to enter this
versatile and growing industry sector. It is also very suitable for employees already
active in Large Format Printing and neighboring industry sectors. The coursesĘĽ focus is
digital inkjet printing technology. Typical professional educations addressed are decor
designers, designers, pre-press operators, press operators, printing and R&D engineers,
quality operators, quality engineers, print production managers, interior designers,
artists or other individuals for which color quality and consistency is crucial.
