The Digital Decor Printing Expert (DDP Expert) course is a 3-months professional development course, next to the job, which delivers expert knowledge along the value chain of digital surface decoration from design and artwork creation to print file generation (prepress) via printing to post-processing and finishing processes. The course’s focus is digital decor printing covering roll-to-roll and flatbed printing alike on common substrates. Important topics like ink-jet technology, color management, inks, quality assurance, relevant applications and the latest market data, trends and technology news are incorporated. On top, the course addresses production relevant knowledge like troubleshooting and a palette of lectures related to soft skills in digital age, sustainability and more, to be prepared for the future in digital surface decoration.

What is the Target Audience?

The DDP Expert course is designed for employees already working in the digital surface decoration industry, whether with analog or digital printing presses. At the same time the course addresses employees from neighboring or related industries, which are planning to enter the world of digital decor printing.
